Returns:

ARTH TECH CO., LTD. offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges).
If you decide to return a product, please contact us to get a Return Authorization before shipping the product back to us.
Products returned without an accompanying Return Authorization may not be accepted.

Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages sometimes do get lost in the mail, and we have no way to track your order down
Sometimes "lost" packages are held by Customs. If you haven't received your package within ten business days, please contactus, and we will send you the shipping documents (ex. Air Waybill number), which you can use to inquire about your package at your local Customs office.
